4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

You own the final deliverables once you have paid in full. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methods used to deliver your project.

5. Confidentiality & Data Protection

We treat all client information as confidential and comply with UK data protection laws, including the UK GDPR. Where needed, we can sign a separate NDA.

6. Payments

Fees and payment terms will be agreed before we start work. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

We deliver services with reasonable care and skill, but we cannot guarantee that software or AI systems will be completely error-free or meet every possible requirement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability will not exceed the fees you paid for the specific service. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

9. Ending Our Agreement

Either party may end the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms. You must pay for work completed up to the end date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
